My whole family was forced to use SHARPIES by their Livonia, Wayne County, polling station! Many people, including my family (mom, sister, brother in law, uncle) expressed concern that the ink was bleeding through. They were assured their vote would be counted. My family was told they COULD NOT use ballpoint pens (WHAT! We've always used pens, never Sharpies!) In other states it's already confirmed that Sharpies equal an INVALID VOTE! This was forced in a heavily conservative area, where our family who voted in Detroit, Wayne County, DID NOT USE SHARPIES AND WEREN'T TOLD TO.
